I had iron infusion treatment here and during the first 2 days I was feeling exhausted and experienced body aching, I think it was a healing crisis. On the third day, I woke up feeling fresh and energetic. I did my usual gardening, but this time I managed to carry heavy pots, I felt I turned to iron woman!
